2. Diagnosis — in our store in Antwerpen or Wolvertem we check whether only the glass is broken, or if the display also has damage.
3. Replacement — we remove the broken glass with special tools without damaging the display underneath, and fit new high-quality glass or a new display module.
4. Testing — a quality check confirms everything works again before you take your device back.

If the image and touch still work perfectly, we replace only the cracked glass. You keep your original display and the same image quality as before the damage — considerably cheaper than a full replacement. If the display shows black spots, stripes or touch problems, we fit a complete new display module that fully restores image and touch. Both options are listed at the top of this page with their own price.

A damaged Samsung S23 screen is recognized by these signals:

• Cracked or splintered glass — while the image and touch still work normally. In that case, replacing just the glass is often enough.
