After repair, we seal the watch skillfully and hermetically, so it is splash-resistant. However, we cannot promise full water resistance after a screen replacement: we advise against exposing the watch to water. If you still want to swim or bathe with your Apple Watch, use a waterproof case.

The price at the top of this page is the complete price: the new screen or glass itself, installation by our technicians, and quality control afterward. All prices include VAT and labor costs — no surprises later. Replacing just glass is more affordable than a full screen replacement; that's why we check first what's exactly broken. For businesses, a VAT invoice is available.

1. Choose your repair and make an appointment — you can often drop in at Antwerp or Wolvertem, but with an appointment you'll be helped faster.
2. Check and advice first — our technician examines your device and you'll hear what the repair costs before you decide. You don't pay in advance.
3. We replace the screen, usually while you wait; if the replacement screen isn't in stock, there will be a short delivery time. Before we return your Apple Watch, we check that the screen fits snugly, the touch and buttons work, and everything starts up properly.

• Replace glass: if the display still works perfectly and only the outer glass is cracked, we replace just the glass. That's more affordable and keeps your original Apple OLED display. Note: the image must not show black spots or stripes.
• Full screen replacement: if the screen stays black, flickers, or you see dead pixels or spots, a complete new screen is the right choice.
• Polishing: if there are only scratches on the glass, we polish them away without opening the watch — the factory seal stays intact.

You can recognize a damaged screen on your Apple Watch (also called iWatch) by these signs:

• Crack or spider web in the glass — the glass cracks from inside to outside, so the crack spreads in all directions.
• Black or colored spots and stripes — the display itself is damaged, usually after an impact or a fall.
• Touch no longer responds — you can see everything on the screen, but swiping or tapping doesn't work; this usually happens after a fall or if moisture got into the device.
• Just scratches? They don't necessarily mean you need a replacement: we often polish scratches away without opening the watch.

If you recognize one of these problems, our technician will first check what repair is needed — so you only pay for what's necessary.
