An original screen (Service Pack) is a complete new display module with the same image quality as the screen your iPhone 13 Mini came with. A compatible OLED screen is more affordable and provides OLED image, but doesn't match the quality of original. A compatible LCD is the most affordable option; color, brightness, and viewing angle are lower than OLED or original. Our advice: choose the original display, or — if your display still works well — glass replacement only.

That depends on the damage. Is only the glass cracked, but the image and touch still work fully (no black spots or lines)? Then glass replacement only is enough: you keep your original Apple display and that's much more affordable than a full replacement. Does the display show spots or lines, or does the screen no longer respond? Then a complete new screen is needed. Unsure?
