Yes. If you can't come in, request a shipping label from our site. You'll receive the label by email, pack your tablet securely and drop the package at a nearby shipping point. Once the screen is repaired, we'll mail your Tab S10 Plus back to you.

Both options — glass only or full screen — are listed with current pricing at the top of this page. The price includes VAT and labor costs, and you pay nothing upfront. If your display still works, replacing just the glass is the most affordable choice: you pay less and keep your original display.

Not necessarily. For the Samsung Galaxy Tab S10 Plus, there are two options:

• Replace glass only — if the display and touch are still working perfectly (no black spots, streaks, or touch issues), we replace only the cracked glass. Your original display stays intact with the same picture quality as before, and this option is much more affordable.
• Replace the entire screen — if the image goes black, you see spots or streaks, or touch no longer responds, we install a complete new display module that restores both image and touch.
