An appointment is not required: you can just drop by. With an online appointment you do know for sure that we can get right to work on your device. You don't need to pay in advance — you pay at the store.

If possible, make a backup via iCloud or your computer. Then bring your device to our store in Antwerp or Wolvertem. Prefer not to visit? Then you can also mail in your iPhone 16 Plus — as soon as the device arrives with us, we start the repair.

In most repairs — such as screen, battery, or back — your data stays on the device. We do recommend making a backup beforehand, so you are prepared for everything. Note: in a lock reset, data will be lost through Apple security unless you have an iCloud backup.

For the iPhone 16 Plus we perform these repairs among others:
