You make an online appointment and bring your Pixel 9 Pro Fold to our store in Antwerp or Wolvertem. You can often walk in too, but with an appointment you'll be helped faster. Can't come in? You can mail your device; read the mailing terms there. We serve customers in Belgium, the Netherlands, France and Germany.

In most repairs, such as screen or battery replacement, your photos, apps and contacts will remain intact. Still, always make a backup beforehand via Google Drive or on your computer, and remove your SIM card and any memory card if not needed. If there's a software issue or your device is locked, a reset may be needed which could result in data loss; we will discuss this with you beforehand.

Yes. We provide warranty on both the parts and the repair performed. The warranty covers problems directly related to our repair; new damage or other defects are not covered. You'll see the warranty period for each repair in the price table on this page.

Yes. A device that drains faster than before, shuts down unexpectedly at a high percentage or gets hot while charging usually points to a worn battery. We install a new battery and do a check afterwards. See the price and repair time on the page Pixel 9 Pro Fold battery replacement.

For the Pixel 9 Pro Fold we repair:

• Screen and glass — for a cracked screen or damaged glass. If the display and touch still work, sometimes just the glass and your original display will stay; for black spots, lines or dead touch, you'll need a full screen module. See prices under screen replacement.
• Battery — for rapid drain, unexpected shutdowns or a battery percentage that's no longer accurate.
• Camera glass — for cracks or scratches on the glass or haze over your photos.
• Water damage — internal cleaning and inspection after your device has been exposed to moisture.
