With a screen, battery, or camera repair, your data normally stays on the device. Only with a lock screen reset will data be lost if you don't have a Google or cloud backup — we'll discuss this with you beforehand.

If the display and touch are still working perfectly and only the glass is cracked, a glass replacement usually suffices: you keep your original display with the same image quality.
