For most repairs, like screen, glass, battery, or camera replacement, your data stays on the device. With some software work, like resetting a locked device, data can be lost. Make a back-up of your photos, contacts, and apps first. If you're unsure, ask us before we start.

Not always. If the image and touch still work fully (no black spots, streaks, or touch problems), we can often replace just the glass and keep your original display.
