Yes. If you don't live near Antwerp or Wolvertem, you can mail in your Galaxy A35. You request the shipment online, we perform the repair, and we mail your repaired device back to you.

1. Make an appointment online via our appointment page and choose the repair: glass only or full screen.
2. Bring your Galaxy A35 to our store in Antwerp or Wolvertem, or mail in the device.
3. Diagnosis and replacement — we check the damage and replace the glass or full module.
4. Quality control — after the repair, we test display and touch, then you pick up your device or we mail it back.

At the top of this page you can see the current price for both options: replacing only the glass or the full display module. Glass replacement is the most affordable choice; full replacement is needed when the display itself is defective. The price includes VAT, the part, and installation, with warranty on the replacement — and you pay nothing upfront.

It depends on the damage. If the display and touch still work completely — without black spots, lines, or touch issues — replacing only the glass is often sufficient. You keep your original display and the same image quality, and it's more affordable than a full replacement. If the display shows spots or lines, or touch no longer responds, we install a full new display module. Unsure? During diagnosis, our technicians will determine which option your Galaxy A35 needs.

A broken or damaged screen is obvious, but not all damage is equally serious:

• Cracked glass — cracks or dents in the glass, while the display and touch still work normally.
• Black spots or lines — the display itself is damaged.
