Repairing your phone screen works in three steps:

1. Make an appointment — online via our appointments page, by phone or via the chat.
2. Bring your iPhone X to our store in Antwerp or Wolvertem; we replace the screen according to the option chosen. After the repair, all features like Face ID work just as before.
3. Prefer not to come by? You can also mail in your device — we repair the screen and send your iPhone back.

The price for fixing a phone screen depends on the option you choose: glass only, original display, compatible OLED or compatible LCD. The current price per option can be found at the top of this page — always including VAT, the part and labor costs. You pay nothing upfront.

You choose the screen option that fits your situation:

• Glass replacement only — you keep the original display; possible as long as the image and touch still work.
• Complete original screen (Service Pack) — a brand new display module in original Apple quality, necessary if the display is faulty.
• Compatible OLED — more affordable, with OLED image, though it doesn't match the quality of an original display.
• Compatible LCD — the most affordable choice as a temporary or budget solution; color, brightness and viewing angle are lower than with OLED or original.

Our advice: choose the original display or glass replacement.

Yes. If the image and touch still work completely (no black spots or stripes), we replace only the cracked glass. This way you keep your original Apple display with the same image quality as a brand new original screen — and that's much more affordable than a full screen replacement.

You recognize a damaged iPhone X screen by these signs:

• Cracked glass — the device has fallen but the image and touch control still work completely. Often it's enough to replace just the glass.
• Black spots or stripes in the image — for example a green stripe across the display. This indicates a faulty display: then a repair with a completely new screen is needed.
• Image or touch no longer works — in that case too, a full screen replacement is the solution.
