Clean the screen with a soft, lint-free cloth and avoid harsh chemicals. A screen protector prevents scratches and a sturdy case protects your iPad against impacts and drops. If you notice anything unusual after the repair — for example dead pixels or incorrect colors — have the screen checked again; the repair is covered by warranty.

The second generation iPad Pro 12.9 has the model numbers A1670, A1671, and A1821. You'll find the number in Settings or on the back of the device.

The price at the top of this page is the complete price, including VAT and labor. If the display is still working, you only pay for the new glass — not more than necessary. You pay nothing upfront.

If only the glass is broken and the display is still working, we replace only the glass — that's more affordable and your original display is kept; separating glass and display is done with special machines. If both the glass and display are broken, we replace the full screen. You recognize this for example by vertical lines or black spots on the image: then the underlying display (LCD) is also damaged. You book an appointment online and choose whether to bring your iPad or mail it. Then we determine if only the glass is broken or the display is also damaged. After the repair, strict quality control follows; if you mail your device, we send it back directly afterward.
