You get warranty on the screen repair of your Apple Watch Series 5; the exact period is listed at the top of this page with the repair you choose. Water damage is not covered: when we reinstall the screen we use waterproof glue, but after a screen replacement, the water resistance of the watch can be reduced. Even at Apple, water damage is not covered by warranty, even though the watch is waterproof.

The price at the top of this page applies per variant (glass or full screen module) and is complete: part, labor, and VAT included. You'll hear the exact price before you decide and you don't pay in advance.

1. Book an appointment online — you can often drop in, but with an appointment you'll be helped faster.
2. Bring your Apple Watch to our store in Antwerp or Wolvertem. If you're not sure exactly what's broken, our technician will first check the model and damage and you'll hear what the repair costs before you decide.
3. We repair the screen while you wait and then hermetically seal the watch. You only pay in the store, not in advance.

Would you rather not come by? Ask for a shipping label via mail — that's possible from Belgium, Netherlands, France, and Germany.

It depends on what's broken:

• Replace screen glass — the image still works perfectly and only the outer glass is cracked. We replace only the glass while keeping your original Apple OLED display; that's much more affordable than a full replacement. This repair requires special equipment not found in every repair shop. Note: the image must not show black spots or stripes.
• Full screen replacement — the screen stays black, flickers, or shows dead pixels, spots, or discoloration. Then we install a complete screen module with original image quality.
• Just scratches? These can often be polished away without opening the watch, so the factory seal stays intact — ask about it at your appointment.

After the repair, the watch is sealed skillfully and hermetically (splash-resistant).

Common screen problems on the Apple Watch Series 5 are:

• Cracks or scratches in the glass — the outer glass is cracked or scratched.
• White or green stripes on the image.
• Spots or discoloration — parts of the screen are no longer readable.
• Touchscreen no longer responds — tapping and swiping no longer work.
• Black or flickering image — the watch works, but the screen shows nothing or flickers.
